Good day good day lady friends!
What’s that you say? The Winnowing Ring is back??? But this time it has buxom curves?
Well ooh la la! I’d best go have a gander!
Gasp!
The new Winnowing Ring, there’s one for me and two for you!
::::POST SCRIPT::::
I JUST SIGNED UP FOR THIS.
I KIND OF WANT TO MOAN AND LAUGH AND CRY AND REJOICE ALL AT ONCE.
It’s happening on June 14th.
Can you come?
I’m just going to sit here and chant to myself.
“I will not buy more jewelry. I will not buy more jewelry. I will not buy more jewelry.”
Even though it’s amazing and beautiful and I have a bare finger.
You make it very hard to be a frugal girl!
Oooh oooh, I have a shot to not only look at the ring in the shop but also read the description! 🙂 I would love a winnowing ring, but alas, neither one will fit, so I shall just sit and admire.
can it be i finally snagged a ring for myself..i was really hoping for the green light of hope ring, but oh so sad my chubby little fingers will never squeeze into it….but joy of joy i have the migration one…oohh my heart is leaping for joy!!! and just in time for mothers day!!!! yeah for me…thank you so much for making my life better by making such beautiful, breath taking pieces of art.
aahhhh, my wings can now rest♥
Its been windy {Wink}
It’s beautiful, but Allison has started saying, Ladies and Dave….. HA…
i just went to the shop.
everything was gone.
this secret update deal is working for you. it lends you an air of mystery and charm, and only stirs the frenzy for MORE PLUME.
i have purple nail polish on today. for the february babies only.
(p.s. word verification: mucis. GROSS.)
eek! I cried this morning when I saw the loveliest of all your rings…and it was sold (of course) boo. hoo. I will have to snatch up one of those custom orders one of these days…and alas the winnowing ring will be mine!!!
Congrats on the Missoula made fair. I have heard nothing but positive things about the fair. I am a Bozemanite…so I am a wee bit prejudice. Come to the farmer’s market here this summer!!! And there is always the Sweet Pea Festival in August, which is simply fabulous! Just something to think about 🙂
Happy Trails to you!
oh! i wish i could be there – i love missoula! i’m going to be in Spokane on the 14th, though…maybe we could swing over the mountain. 🙂
p.s. Missoula will of course love you. your jewels are perfect for women in big sky country! hehe
did you get a lovely new hair doooo? cute bangs and color?
tres chic.
oh yeah.
nice jewels.
🙂
Oh, I wish I could make it to the fair! That’s my graduation weekend, though, so my parental units will be in town to see me robed and hooded and all that jazz. I know you’ll be a smash hit at the fair!
“did you get a lovely new hair doooo? cute bangs and color?”
Jillian, did you burn your bangs off again?!?
Ok, these Winnowing rings are my new favorite. Their gorgeous simplicity is perfect! Amazing work as always, dear Plume.
DID YOU COLOR YOUR HAIR?!?? I LOOOOVE IT! And your bangs are fab as well… and that green sweater jacket… oh, and the ring too 🙂
I love the new Ocean Jasper ring Jillian. I’m not sure what it is about this stone but I always make rings out of them. Best wishes on your next “event”.
I always like to stop by your blog and take in the color, the writing and the new pieces. Where are the belt buckles? Are they the customs? (i only ask because on a selfish note i want to see pics and go oooo la la!!!)
Dearest Ladies and Dave:)
Thanks for these lovely comments AND thanks for noticing my hair trim! I did slice a little fringe but I didn’t color it. I’ve got the winter darkies coming through and all the blond bits are pulled back in these photos! Plus, trimming shorter bangs took off all of the lighter colored hairs in that portion of my mane. Summer is coming! I hope to lighten up again!
Thank you for noticing and for complimenting the chop! Only the nicest girls say something lovely when they notice a new hairdoo! — Which is no offense to anyone who DID notice and didn’t comment…oh bother…how I put my foot in my mouth…perhaps I should just delete this comment and start again…nope. No time.
Also, about the belt buckles, I did list one in the shop and have more cut out but I’ve been slogging through custom work this week, studying for finals and now RW has been crafty and has managed to spring a romantic getaway to Jackson this weekend! YAAHOO!!
Thanks for all the Winnowing Ring LOVE!
Thanks for telling me about Sweet Pea in Bozeman (can’t go, have to get to a wedding in Portland)!
Thanks for all these wonderful comments!!!
It’s 7:30AM here and I’m running out to the studio to finish a pair of earrings before I run to school before I run home and finish a couple of other things before we run to Jackson!
Mwah mwah!
XO
Ok, I am in love with your creations, but I never get to your shop in time (how that happens I’m not sure – I’m a stay at home mom in your same time zone that is often accused of being on the internet non-stop) so I thought I would inquire about Boise’s Art in the Park in mid-September. I think it would be great to see and especially purchase a piece from you!
I’m a beginning silversmith and native Idahoan that has been stalking your blog from the SLC area. Your new belt buckles are positively amazing and my husband gives me funny looks when I dreamily describe how wonderful they are…
Hope you are having a wonderful time in WY!
Plume in Missoula – Yes!
The “Zoo” is just a hop, skip and a jump from me. I certainly hope to see you there :)!
P.S. I will be there in my motorhome AND have extra sleeping room if anyone is going and needs a bed AND is not allergic to cat or dog.
Yes, I’ll see you at the Missoula MADE fair. I’m so excited you’ll be there. I’ve admired your stuff on Etsy, just looked at your blog tonight, and discovered you’ll be in my town soon. Yahoo!
