I wanted to show you two things before I head for the tropics:
This is the Give Second Chances Necklace I completed at 7AM today. She features a vintage Catholic medal, a schwack of gracious hearts and 6 amethyst cabochons. Somehow, with all the stones and the mountain of metal she is ornate and elaborate but organic all at once; the best combination ever.
The wearer keeps the words GIVE SECOND CHANCES close to her heart.
Forgiveness.
A weighty word that makes the world go round…
She’s for ladies who love Catholic icons, tradition and whimsy. Ladies like me. I don’t know if I’ll have time to get her listed in the Etsy shop today so if you don’t see her over at the shop, you’ll see her when I return from zee tropicanas.
Also, I didn’t get a chance to officially show you the Bison Belt Buckle though he did get flashed around Flickr and Facebook a bit before finding a good home via Etsy.
And let me tell you, when it comes to this buckle, I carry A LOT of love in my heart.
I get a bit swoony when I look at it.
Alright. It’s time to make my housesitter’s list of things to do (Sharlee is so nice to stay at The Gables for the duration of our holiday), run the dogs to the kennel and run myself around town.
Over and out,
PLUME
OMG. OMG. OMG.
Ladies like MEEEEE.
Joel's gonna love it.
second chances: as my mom would say omgoddess and I second that. to cry over and wear with compassion and lots of hope. i need it.

MME: I knew you would love her!
Antoinette: That's the exact idea behind this piece. Wear it and be reminded to forgive and DO forgive.
MLJ: Thank you dear friend!
Mountain Dreamers: I'm so glad to have sent a buffalo to you:) You're taking that brooch on the adventures it deserves!
I visit often, and never seem to be able to purchase one of your pieces. Perhaps, next time!.
I just wanted to say that your piece on forgiveness is just what I needed today. IT REALLY HIT HOME!
Thank you friend,
Jo
Wow Jillian, you continue to out do yourself! Beautiful!
The sentiment is every bit as beautiful as the piece itself. A new year, forgiveness, and second chances. I love it. My mom is one of 13 children, all named after patron saints (my mom is Cecelia- the patron saint of music).
p.s. Aloha to you and the mister, wishing you safe travels on your latest adventure.
These are soul shaking!
