1. Fresh basil from the garden.

3. Calls from the library telling me my requests have come in.

Love your three! I do have to agree the haircut is a fabulous pleasure! But my three of the moment are:
1. reconnecting with someone you love dearly
2. sounds of the birds chirping outside my office window.
3. and lovely new (to me) music to listen to while i work the day away

1. My family surrounding me, warm in bed, especially on a rainy or damp morning when the skies are darker than normal this time of year, and I can feel the water in the air — it makes me feel alive.
2. Bare feet moving soundlessly through the house's hardwood floors, my long hair loose on my back, while Gia romps by me on her way to the kitchen for breakfast.
3. Freshly brewed tea with a soulful breakfast — the welcoming of nourishment, food, the day's possibility.
