Alright. I’m an excessive, serial blog poster this week. I know. But I have lots of stuff to show you so please do bear with me.
This is my new Host, but it isn’t for the neck:
It’s for the wall.
I built it out of sterling, copper and enamel.
It’s rather large…as my enameling goes. In point of fact, these are the largest enameled components I have successfully fired to date! YEE HAW!
Dimensions: 7×5 inches
Hangs: 15 inches long

Hi Jillian, I haven't really gotten around to comment on this before so I'd like to tell you now that I think your host series are the most beautiful, unique and enchanting thing I have seen in a long time. You are a true artist with the metal. Thank you for showing it to me (and all others!).
Love the colors truly….
….and soon you will be enameling the house!
lovely wall host. truly lovely.
xx
Very cool!!
Oh neat, loving this piece a lot!
love love LOVE the orchid bloom.
Emma: Well welcome here! And thanks so much for the Host love….I really love this series…the texture and the colors of it….I'm glad you do too! xx
MLJ: Thanks chickadee!
Enchante: Say what?!!! You know, I didn't mean for that flower to be an orchid. I actually didn't plan this piece at all. I just started sawing things out and then forming them and then I enameled them and then I had a lovely orchid bloom growing out of a piece of mint green lichen. It all worked out very well and I'm quite pleased to hear that we have twin orchids! xx
Marie: Fingers crossed!!!
Gem: Thanks! x
Fawn: Thanks, toots! x
Justine: Thanks girl! xxx
I LOOOOOOVE this idea!!!! Damn girl! This is truly awesome! <3
That piece hanging on the wall next to your host piece is gorgeous, too. Can you tell us more about it?
V: Thanks babe!
Chloe: Thank you! The painting beside the Host is by Kelly Clark, a dear friend of mine. You can see her work here:
