The Work of Beautiful Hands

Press play and go about your work.
Listen deep
and if you can, take a moment to watch those hands do their beautiful work and feel the rhythm pick up in the swing of your hips.
I have a thousand things to say today
but the words are locked so firmly in the roots of my chest
like gold bullion,
like gold finches.
Be well, you all.
Be well.

Your support here is so loved, so desired, so appreciated.
I could never say how much you affect my world.
Thank you always, and a thousand times again.
With all my heart.

SO glad you all took the time to hear this. I was tremendously moved by it….by the music, the musician and the rhythm…it's a bit of a poultice for sadness — just draws it up and out of a person in a healing manner…
