Love these pictures! I wish we had more of a Fall season here in Florida. I always end up escaping to North Georgia or NC to see the leaves. I think you should do a Fall season post card set & include that last picture- so beautiful!
“Oh that I had the wing of a dove that I would fly away and find rest; behold, I would wander afar in the wilderness.” Psalm 55:7 King David
Hugs from Oregon where I am awaiting the turning of the leaves… it has started seemingly so slowly with the aspens turning from dark to light green – I know that one day I will wake and overnight they will have dressed themselves in their autumn brilliance.
I second that…from the Rockies days, I have to say that golden aspen left a lasting imprint on my brain….the shimmery gold…thank you for the lovely photos xx
Lovely Autumn colors!
I have been sipping this really yummy herb tea blend. I thought just the other day how it truly washes my sins away too.. and brings calm and relaxation in its wake. That with warm glowing shades of orange and I am happy and feeling like welcoming Autumn to come with it’s blessings.
It seems like overnight fall has started creeping in, here in New England…
Such comforting, warm colors. It is a peaceful season, indeed (even with the scramble of getting ready for winter!)
Fall adds so much beauty to the world doesn’t it? I think it is nature’s way of lifting our spirits before we hunker down for that tough winter season…not to mention all of the hours of leaf raking!
Just back from 10 days in the Tetons where the fall colors were peaking after a wet August. Glorious, Glorious color and mountains and air and spirit. Healing. Restful. Holy. Pure Grace.
Those colors are gorgeous. We just moved to Florida for grad school and left the Tennessee mountains behind… I feel a little like part of me died with the loss of them. Thank you, always, for sharing your beauty and love for those wild places.
Blessed by Nature. Such a beautiful way to begin the season. xx
Beautiful. Bokeh like silk…
Yummmmmm… Autumn is delicious.
They’re changing here, too. Crimson and gold. Apples perfuming the air with sweet and a bit of hornet-crawling rot. Everything feels crisp.
xx
holy.
