Slow and steady is the motto in the studio right now as I chip away at building you a new batch of work. While I have been listing new offerings at random since I switched over to the new shop space, I have had some requests for a scheduled update lately and I think I’ll acquiesce to those requests before shifting back into random shop stocking mode. I gave one of these necklaces away on my instagram account last week and it was so warmly received that I’ve made a few more for my shop shelves. I’m working on finishing these little cuties up tonight so you’ll be able to find them in my shop tomorrow.

It has been a while since I’ve been able to sit down in the studio and work but when I did last week, for the first time sine May 10th, I allowed myself to play a bit and this little sterling pollinator popped out. I don’t know what will become of her, but I’m smitten.

Chrysoprase will always be one of my very favorite stones to work with. I find it extremely uplifting. I’m in my last week of studio work here before my show in Seattle on May 11th — I had a two week long set back due to a health issue that I am still trying to resolve here but I’ve managed to make some beautiful things regardless. It’s fun to look over at my pile of inventory and see so many lovely things waiting to find someone to belong to. I feel a little like Smaug, just a grumpy dragon sleeping on my treasure hoard.
